All you need to know about the stages of LEM Coaching:
Stage 1. Initial encounter.
Here you fill out the questionnaire concerning life energy management. The examination covers four particular areas: body, mind, emotions, spirituality. Once the analysis has been made we proceed to determine specific directions for your coaching work.
Stage 2. Coaching sessions.
The course consists of 8 sessions (1,5hrs), taking place on a regular basis – every two weeks. During our sessions you work with your goals out of the above 4 areas, and learn how to manage your life energy so that you can make the most of it after the end of the process.
The methods I will teach you include: coaching tools, individual training, using cards.
Stage 3. Wrap-up session.
The last stage of the course is based on comparing the results from the LEM questionnaire before and after coaching sessions, and the process evaluation.
